9.00 Staff arrive for coffee in staff room.
9.20 Staff and students (42) Depart RMS for Harry potter studios (coach).
10.00- 12.30 Harry Potter Studios
13.00 Arrive back at RMS for packed lunch in Devonshire
13.45-14.45 School tours/ card games
14.45-15.45 Comenius Students go to Sporting activities in Sports Hall – BGe and sixth form
(Staff assist in sporting activities)
14.00-16.00 Coordinators Meeting
16.00 Students go home with host families

17.00-19.00 Local Tech Meet: Staff and local teachers. 2 minutes nano presentations or 7 m. Micro presentations. Focus is preparation for Bett show (Developing Independent Learners and Using I Pads in teaching).

Friday 23rd
8.20 Comenius students arrive at school and are registered
Staff go direct from Hotel to Bett show in London with D Buddie, or staff do their own things and go into London
Period 1 and 2 Lessons with host students
Break Comenius Students with host students and then taken by host students to Devonshire House.
Period 3 and 4 Comenius Students have a cultural activity – ALa (a little cultural presentation as per information sent from Aishling Lavelle ( who you met in France) and Sixth form
Period 5 and 6 Lessons
12.50-14.00 Lunch in school with host students
14.10-14.40 Assembly .
14.45-16.00 Lessons
16.00 Comenius students home with host families

Own activities/ Planned Visit to St Albans: (a cathedral town) about 16 minutes train ride from Watford. Vicky Gunn who you have met in Denmark is offering to meet you and take you on walking tour to the Cathedral and a Pub lunch and then shopping in your own time in the pm., day in Watford, see Adams family (near the hotel), cost 9pounds, own time until 5pm
5 pm Staff Evening Meal in Watford.
Theatre to see a very English production of Gilbert and Sullivan's Pirates of Penzance. The theatre is the Palace Theatre, Watford if you wish to look at the information on the web (Cost 17pounds apprx)
